For more than 15 years, we have supported renowned OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in the global sourcing of components, in the project management of complex vehicle programs, and in innovative product development. Our Services at a Glance
Parts Sourcing and Carbon Sourcing: We source CFRP parts, plastic injection-molded components, metal parts, and composites from certified production sites in China, India, and other Asian countries. Every supplier is audited on-site and continuously evaluated. Our quality assurance includes initial sample inspections, production support, and regular audits according to VDA and IATF standards.
Project Management for the Automotive Industry: Complex vehicle projects require precise coordination of all stakeholders. Our experienced project management team handles the steering from concept through development up to Start of Production (SOP). We coordinate OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, tooling partners, and logistics providers – always with a focus on deadlines, budget, and quality.
Product Development with CATIA V5: Our engineers and developers work with state-of-the-art CAD systems, especially CATIA V5, on the development of lightweight components, interior and exterior parts, and structural components. From the first sketch to a production-ready design, we deliver well thought-out solutions that are optimized for manufacturing and cost.
Design Development and 3D Visualization: In addition to technical development, we offer creative design services. From concept sketches and surface modeling to photorealistic 3D renderings – we visualize your ideas and make them tangible before the first tool is built.
